Dr. Galvin is a Toledo native. He graduated from Bowsher High School in 1967 followed by undergraduate work at the University of Toledo before transferring to Ohio State University in 1969. Dr. Galvin graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1974.

Dr. Brooke L. West, D.V.M.
Dr. West is a Toledo area native. She was born in Perrysburg and raised in Sylvania, graduating from Sylvania Northview High School in 1999. She went on to graduate from the University of Findlay in 2002 with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. West graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006.
