Boarding With Comforts of Home

Your best friend will enjoy staying at West Toledo Animal Hospital. We offer boarding for dogs 40 pounds and under as well as cats. Our comforts of home include:

• Indoor, climate controlled suites and runs.
• Snuggly fleece blanket or fluffy comforter
• Relaxing Music for restful naps
• 4 leash walks per day for dogs
• Multi-Pet families can stay together

We feed Hill's Science Diet for good nutrition. You may bring your favorite toys from home. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes for boarding check-in and check-out. You will complete a boarding registration about your pet's diet, vaccinations and emergency contact information. All pets must be current on vaccines and be free of internal and external parasites. Many vaccinations do not take effect for 10 to 14 days, so please make sure your best friend is vacccinated before boarding. Puppies and kittens must be at least 4 months old and have completed thier vaccinations.

Older pets or those needing medications and nursing care stay in our hospital area, where our medical staff keeps a watchful eye. Because our boarding is veterinary supervised, a doctor is available should your pet require medical attention.
